Can I use the Hong Kong Consumption Voucher to shop in G-NiiB Online Store?
Customers can use the 2022 Hong Kong Government Consumption Voucher to make purchases through the AlipayHK or Tap&Go (by binding the Tap&Go virtual credit card in Apple Pay or Google Pay) apps. For details, please click here . Octopus will be available in mid-May.
Will the G-NiiB online store charge for shipping?
Free shipping to Hong Kong and Macau is available for orders over HK$429. Orders that fail to meet the requirements will be charged HK$30 for Hong Kong and Macau shipping fee. The free shipping requirements for Silver, Gold and Platinum members are HK$420, HK$411 and HK$403 respectively.
What payment methods does G-NiiB online store support?
G-NiiB online store supports various payment methods, including: VISA Card, Master Card, Union Pay, American Express Card, Octopus, Payme, Faster Payment System (FPS), Alipay HK, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
When will I receive the goods after ordering?
Under normal circumstances (if there is no force majeure such as bad weather, epidemic, etc.), the goods will be delivered to the designated location within 1 week after ordering.
Can I use Macau SF Business Stations, SF Lockers or Convenience Stores to receive the goods?
Yes, But menu selection for the SF Macau pickup points is not supported at this moment. Yet, customers can still copy the Macau pickup point full address from the SF Express website as the order delivery address.

What is Store Credit? How to earn? Will the Store Credit expire?
Store Credit is a virtual currency in the G-NiiB online store. Every $1 Store Credit can be used as payment for the online shop of HK$1 (except delivery charge). Members can earn Store Credit by Birthday Credit and the Member Referral Program (to be launched soon). The member Birthday Credit will expire within 30 days. For details, please go to the member information page by pressing the people icon on the upper right corner of the website.
What is Member Points? How to earn? Will The Member Point expire?
Member spending on the G-NiiB Online Store can earn Member Points. Members can make 1 point for every HK$1 spent. Every 80 Member Points can offset a $1 online shop payment (except delivery charge). Under normal situations, Member Point earned this year will expire on 31 December 2021. You may check your member points balance and expiry dates by pressing the people icon on the upper right corner of the website. Please check your member points expiration periodically and consume your member points to offset your order payment or redeem gifts (later open) as soon as possible. Member Points do not apply to VIPs and Staff.
What is Ranked Membership? Will the Membership Rank expire?
When the cumulative spending in 12 months of the member reaches the specific amount, the member rank will be upgraded to silver, gold and platinum, respectively. Each rank of member can enjoy their exclusive membership privileges. The membership rank is valid for one year. The system will check the member's consumption amount in the past 12 months after the membership rank expires. If the requirements are met, the contract will be automatically renewed. Where can I check my Membership Rank, Member Point and Store Credit?
After logging in to the G-NiiB Online Store, members can press the people icon on the upper right corner of the website entering the member information page to view the Membership Rank, Membership Upgrade Conditions, Membership Points balance, Store Credit Balance and the relevant expiry dates.
